Large Georgian room with high ceilings & large sash window overlooking church. (Bells ring Tuesday eve & Sunday morning). Private en-suite bathroom with double ended bath & shower, Tea & coffee facilities, TV, king size bed, Daybed/sofa (extra 2 single beds). New fan added. It’s a quiet space when the church bells aren’t ringing with lots of bird singing. I provide bed linens and towels. This second bedroom also contains the kettle and small fridge. Please note that our guest suite is suitable for a family group or close friends. Elegant town house in quiet central location. 5 minute walk to Penzance town centre, Morrab Tropical Gardens, Penlee Gallery, historic Chapel Street and restaurants & pubs. A gentle walk takes you to the promenade and the Art Deco Jubilee Pool (with geothermal bathing pool). Newlyn with its fishing port, restaurants and pubs is a 15 minute walk along the prom. Sandy beaches such as Sennen and Porthcurno & stunning coves are within a short drive. The Train and Bus station are a 10 minute walk.

Willow Brook B&B is perfect for visiting the north and south coast, the Eden project is 7 miles away, Lost Gardens of Heligan 11 miles, and Lanhydrock 5 miles. Walking the Saint Way? We are half way along between Padstow and Fowey. The village of Lanivet is just 1/2 mile away where there is a superb pub the Lanivet Inn and chippy the Welcome Stranger. Both do great food.

Lavender barn is located on a now non working farm, surrounded by fields, meadows and woodland.

Situated in a pedestrian area and this quiet lane is just a short 10 minute walk from the harbour, shops, restaurants and galleries along with the sandy beaches and other attractions that St Ives has to offer. This cottage is an ideal base for exploring St Ives and beyond. We happily welcome up to 2 pets but please note the space limitations of the cottage.
