Hi! We're Robyn and Chen, a young, newly-wed couple full of life and energy. This listing with a private entrance helps us pay for our first home! Just four quiet blocks to the Washougal River and over 16 miles of gorgeous PNW trails. We both work from home so we have the best fiber internet available. We're pretty quiet except when we are in the attached stained glass studio or laughing together. We welcome everyone, LGBTQ, traveling nurses, or anyone who wants to explore the Portland area.

This is Dannie’s place, brand new detached unit initially constructed for my father Dan, who passed away during the constuction. The Lacamas Creek Trailhead is two blocks away and we sit in the backyard of the Columbia Gorge, which is stunning to hike year round. Please note, the kitchen is a kitchenette with small fridge, toaster oven & fantastic coffee maker. The Portland airport is 15 minutes away. Close to Camas Meadows Golf Course.

The studio cottage is located in an east Portland neighborhood bordering the city of Gresham. It is close to public transport (near a MAX light rail station), the airport and outdoor activities (the Columbia Gorge; Mt Hood) and is a 20-30 min drive to downtown. It's cozy (eclectic vintage style), a wooded 1-acre setting within the city limits, and has secure premises (electric gate). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
