Cozy cottage in the center of historic Pine Grove

This historic house in Pine Grove is close to hiking, mountain biking, fishing, a great restaurant (Zokas), and an antique store. Want to work remotely in our beautiful valley? Our internet speeds are 50 mbps. The cottage is a great mix of cozy (from 1890) and new (kitchen and bathroom.) It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, families, and dogs. The house has 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds. There is another room that includes a sleeper sofa (queen size) for additional guests.

Come join us on our secluded 5 acres of Pinon trees with the convenience of being 5 minutes from town. This cottage is unique with custom tile work, and hand made barn doors. Enjoy the gorgeous mountain views, and watch the wildlife roam the property while you sip on a good ol' cup-a-joe. Your host family lives on property and is happy to help should you need anything, while ensuring that you have the privacy you'd like. We accept dogs, but cannot accept cats due to other guests allergies.

This affordable option was originally built as railroad worker housing, and I bought it as a raft guide/teacher over 15 years ago, and used it as my first home and base for adventure. Our charming little cottage is filled with both historic and modern details and in a prime downtown location that truly can't be beat! It's on a quiet, residential street that the local deer visit daily, and also just three blocks from the heart of the action that BV has to offer. We include all of the basic toiletries, linens, kitchen wares, WiFi, a smart tv, games and endless coziness. Plenty of parking out front and a small yard in the back.
