Faial Island: soggiorni in alloggi sulla spiaggia

Netter persönlicher Empfang und Verabschiedung durch Andreia. Sie war immer erreichbar. Parkplatz direkt vor der tür. Wohnung mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Francisca’s place was wonderful. She was so helpful and responsive and let us arrive early too. The apartment had everything needed for 2 couples, including coffee, water, tea, beach towels. Air conditioning was great too. The location is perfect and walking distance to the beach and harbor and restaurants. We loved Faial and this apartment was a gem. Thank you Francisca!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr genossen! Wohnung ist sehr groß und einfach perfekt. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Direkt neben der Haustür eine sehr schöner, schwarzer Sandstrand der anderen Touristen nicht sonderlich bekannt ist. Wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt.

Cozy stone walled cute little cottage. Very clean with beautiful back deck view!! The shower pressure was amazing! Located where it’s convenient to get on the main freeway! Great communication with our kind host! Definitely recommend if you want something quiet and out of the city!

Prachtige locatie om Horta en omgeving te verkennen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich. Vor allem die private Terrasse und der gemeinschaftlich genutzte Garten mit den Tieren und tollen Blick auf den Pico haben uns super gefallen. Maria ist eine äußerst nette Gastgeberin. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen große. Korb mit regionalen Leckereien sowie einen Obstkorb und sogar einen selbstgebackenen Kuchen. So viel Gastfreundschaft erlebt man wirklich selten.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Thomas und Manuela sehr genossen und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Danke für eure Gastfreundschaft!

A woundfull place very close to the sea. Simple but very cozy!

Wir sind nun schon das 2, Mal in zwei Monaten in diesem wundervollen Haus und wir lieben es! Es ist blitzsauber, es ist schön eingerichtet, der Garten mit dem kleinen Pool ist wundervoll. Zur Begrüßung findet man frische Blumen, Mineralwasser, Kaffeepads und Azorenmilch auf dem Küchentresen. Wenn ich nun einen Wunsch äußern MÜSSTE, lieber Julio, dann wäre es eine Käsereibe : -) Ansonsten ist alles perfekt! Bis ganz bald!

Unseren Urlaub mit Oma und Opa war ein tolles Erlebnis auf der Insel Pico und in dem wundervollen Haus von James. Das Haus mit Pool war unser Favorit in der Auswahl, damit für jeden etwas dabei ist. Aussicht, Badestelle, Pool, gemütliche Rückzugsorte im Haus und davor. Es ist alles da, was man sich wünscht. Nur das Wetter kann man nicht beeinflussen und deshalb haben wir mit dem Montana de Pico noch eine Rechnung offen. Deshalb kommen wir wieder und wenn möglich, sicher zu James.

Absolutely stunning house and views - loved sleeping to the sounds of the ocean, plus the pool is amazing. Loved the traditional decor / furniture too.

This was the best place I’ve ever stayed!! The island is already breathtaking but the location of the home, the view, and the pool made our experience on Pico even better. Ana and Benedita have been super accommodating and allowed me to change the dates during the pandemic. I finally was able to visit after two years and it was well worth the wait! If you are on the fence you need to book this stay. They also own a couple restaurants on the island, i highly recommend going to Magma for a nice meal overlooking the ocean!

We had a great time here. The property is on the other side of the island from the airport, so it takes a bit to get there and, because of that, is less touristy. There are some cute towns nearby (10-15 min drive) and there is also a natural pool/swimming area a few short flights right down from the house. We had a great time swimming there and then going out to eat nearby. Ivan was super responsive - even helping us figuring out how to cover for a cash-only breakfast when our ATM card wasn’t working.

THE HOUSE IS AMAZING! Every part is perfect! It’s the only house that we stayed during our holidays that is decorated for Christmas, and you can feel the thoughtfulness from the host. Indeed the house is well maintained and you have everything needed for living here. Many check-in gifts. Amazing view of the sea and the volcano. Taisa is very kind and helpful. I really hope to visit again.

We enjoyed our stay with views of Faial across the water and Pico inland. The bed was comfortable and the surroundings quiet.

Joanna’s place was fully refreshing, relaxing and stress free. Here you can really enjoy the privacy in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The air and the environment is very clean. Enjoying the beautiful ocean water and sunshine is really the best part of being here in the Azores. The extraordinary views of Pico make it a very interesting location. Joana is great with communication and keeps the place really clean. Obrigado, Joana.

We had an amazing few day's at Jorge's place. Horta is a fantastic location and the house is nestled into the hillside with fabulous views over the town and harbour. Perfectly located just a few minutes walk into town. We loved to sit eating our breakfast in the morning enjoying the wonderful view and star gazing at night after enjoying the island of Faial. Not to be missed! Hiking around the Caldeira, Capelinhos & Whale watching were all highlights for us! We would love to come back for a few more days....maybe next year :)

Logement parfait se trouvant dans un lieu idyllique (face à la mer). Son emplacement nous a permis de rayonner sur toute l'île de Faial. Enfin, Joao a été au petit soin, il est très professionnel et très sympathique. Mention spéciale, il parle français :) Si nous revenons à Faial, nous n'hésiterons pas à reprendre ce superbe logement !

Le logement que nous a proposé Catia et Miguel correspondait à nos attentes, et les photos aussi. Nous avons été accueillis par Miguel qui est une bonne personne, il est amical et nous nous sommes sentis chez nous. La location est entouré par des animaux c'est en fait une ferme rénovée et il y avait tout ce qu'on peut espérer avoir dans une location. Vraiment le top. Si nous devrions revenir sur cette île magnifique c'est chez Catia et Miguel que nous reviendrons. Merci à vous Miguel de votre gentillesse et votre accueil. Myriam et Claude
