Our comfortable apartment is the ideal place for your holiday. There are all kitchen tools for cooking. The flat is in a 4-storey apartment building and is on the ground floor. There is free and unlimited internet. The flat is in a very central place. 3 minutes walking distance to Fevzi Paşa Street, 3 minutes walking distance to bus stop. Our house is a 5 minutes walk from the market, bakery, greengrocer and pharmacy. Available for families. It is not suitable for parties and entertainment.

Ancak isterseniz 3 kişi kalabilirsiniz. Bu daire 3 katlı binanın en üst katındadır. Dairede alarm sistemi mevcuttur. Daire toplam 45 metrekare civarındadır. Bütün malzemeler yenidir. Vodina caddesine 5 dakika yürüme mesafesindedir. Bir double yatak ve bir çekyat bulunmaktadır.

Our place, a historical building, is centrally located in Beyoglu which is in the historical area of Istanbul. The place is 10 min walking distance to Istiklal Street, bars, traditional restaurants, and night clubs. It is also very close to most important historical places such as Eminonu, Sultanahmet, Galata. The metro and bus stations are 1 km and 350 m away, respectively. It is located in the residential area. So it is important to be quite after 10 pm.

This is a small studio in residential part of Balat, ideal for a single occupant. It offers the safety of a residential neighbourhood, a private bathroom & kitchenette. It's equipped with wifi, minifridge, kettle & microwave. The flat is on the ground floor of a wooden historic house so smoking, cooking, candling and any forms of fire is prohibited due to safety regulations. There are plenty of nearby restaurants that also offer delivery.

Balat is a historic and charming tourist destination located in the city. A bus stop is conveniently situated right in front of the house, and it’s just a 15-minute to reach the heart of the city, including popular areas like Taksim, Eminönü, and Karaköy. The accommodation is small but cozy, making it ideal for 1-2 people for a short stay. P.S: The terrace in the cover photo is a common area, there is no direct access from the apartment.
