Beacon House is tastefully furnished with coordinating colour schemes throughout. The detached property has beautiful views on the marina, over to Dawlish Warren and the Exe estuary. The estuary is a wonderful area at any time of year for bird watching, water sports, walking, cycling or simply admiring the ever-changing view and the stunning sunsets. It is a level walk into Exmouth town centre, with easy access to the train station and the Exe cycle trail.

Spacious bright, airy home is set at the end of a quiet road, approx ten minutes of the bus station, beach and town with multiple shops and pubs with a large garden. Food and children's drinks are not taken into the lounge area please. Table mats are provided for dining table, close by the lounge. Downstairs is almost entirely open plan, except for an additional room where there is a very comfortable sofa bed. No pets at property. NO SMOKING PLEASE.
