Idyllic detached retreat in Shapwick village.

“Surely the best turned out Potting Shed in England”.... from Alastair Sawday’s book “Go Slow England”. The ‘Potting Shed’ is completely separate to our own 400-year-old family home. As guests you have your own entrance door and key to enable you to come and go as you please. It is a charming, safe and secure, quietly situated double room with modern en-suite. Romantic Somerset hideaway

Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Quiet Cosy 1 bed flat, above Harbour, with Garden

'The Snug' is tucked away 50yds up a footpath from the historic Ilfracombe harbour, through private gardens. It is a perfect couple getaway bolthole for those wishing a peaceful retreat. 100yds further up the footpath brings you out onto Portland Street with a 2min walk to the High Street. The flat has it's own small garden at the front, with great views over the harbour, and a small courtyard off of the living room with pot plants and herbs growing for your culinary use when dining in.

A uniquely appointed wood cabin sited under mature oak trees in our lovely garden. 3 miles to the West Somerset coast with great walks for you and your dog. The Shack sits under an oak tree and has one lovely room with kitchenette and bathroom. Well insulated so warm in winter and cool in summer. A short drive to Exmoor or the Quantock hills. Meet our dogs, chill on the veranda listening to birds and the nearby river, or stroll to the very local pub for a friendly welcome.

Our spacious hut is set in its own secluded garden space with patio area and firepit. Ideally placed for visiting the Quantocks, Exmoor and the Blackdown Hills, it is also close to a good range of shops in the nearby market town of Wiveliscombe. A highly recommended pub is within walking distance.
