The property has a private entrance and free on street parking. It has a king size bedroom with en suite shower & seperate WC. The lounge area has a kitchenette and a double sofa bed. There are beautiful river walks from outside the property. The Cathedral city of Exeter is a walk along the river and boasts many shops and restaurants.

Our house is perfectly situated for visiting all that Exeter has to offer. It sits just below the old city wall across the road from the River Exe, a short walk from the centre with shops, eateries and historic features. Use the Miller's Crossing footbridge opposite, and stroll along the river to the old Quay. There is a rear garden and - a real bonus - a designated parking space in a private car park behind the house. Please note: we have not raised our price; it now includes Airbnb fees.

St David's station flat

Guests can check themselves in via private entrance with keypad smartlock. Kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom has separate shower and bath. Bedroom has comfortable double bed and living space two quality sofa beds can be easily converted to additional single and small double beds. Reliable high speed internet for smart TV streaming or work in separate workspace.

An ideal base for a city break, or from which to explore the beautiful Devon coastline (25 mins drive to Exmouth and the famous Jurassic Coast) or the spectacular wilds of Dartmoor.

Comfortable self contained city accommodation with own private entrance, kitchen and shower room. Only a short walk from Exeter St Davids and Central railway station, city centre shopping, bars, restaurants and Exeter university. The apartment is in an ideal location to discover Exeter and offers a relaxing space to explore from. The Studio space is one room with a double bed and sofa bed. There is unfortunately no private parking but Bystock car park two mins away is free overnight .

You can explore Exeter’s history, visit the Cathedral, Underground passages or go on a guided tour with Exeter Red Coats. There is plenty of shopping to do, whether that be the big brands located in Princesshay or independent boutiques located in Gandy Street and Fore Street. There is also a multitude of places to eat from the bigger chains to local independents.

A peaceful and private space within a family home with a garden view and separate entrance so you can come and go as you wish. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a place to park your car. All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.
