International guests will find us conveniently situated within 30mins drive of London Gatwick and Heathrow Airports (traffic permitting) and 40mins by train into central London. Ideal for those needing a base to enjoy the delights that Surrey has to offer or somewhere quiet to work from.

If you have a little one you want to bring with you. Victoria station is a 20 minute train away, as well as being 15 minutes away from Wimbledon and Croydon by tram. Small to medium dogs are also welcome. EV charging points are NOT on premise. They are on street charging points.

No more than 2 guest permitted at anytime on the property. No smoking/vaping on the property.

This quiet studio is a 15 minute walk from Ewell West train station for a 35 minute direct train to Waterloo. The studio has; - fully functioning kitchen (combination microwave, induction hob & a milk frother (a necessity in my world)) with dining table, - relaxing space to watch TV - dedicated work space with great internet access, - cosy yet firm double bed, all feathered pillows and duvet - skylit shower bathroom, - free parking, - washing machine available (on request)
