It's now a blend of farmhouse and contemporary. This cottage is also a blend of country and town, with plenty of space to spread out, relax, walk our 3 acres, view mountains, and watch the deer. Need something you might have at home? I bet we've thought of it! You'll be surprised to find how well-equipped Gateway Cottage is.

We are located 2 minutes from Lynchburg College, 11 minutes from Liberty University, and 13 minutes from Randolf College by car. You’ll love our place because it offers comfort and peacefulness. Our place is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers who come for a short period of time.

Welcome to Glen Forest! Enjoy this private, terrace level apartment in a lovely, quiet park-like setting just minutes from Lynchburg. Relax at the fire pit in the Glen or your private patio. Feel right at home with full kitchen with dishwasher, access to W/D for week long stays, and several nearby restaurants/services, colleges and tourist sites: LC 9 miles, LU 11, RC 12, Poplar Forest-4, D-Day Memorial 20, Peaks of Otter- 24. Welcome to the Mini Manor where you are sweetly tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but minutes from restaurants and shops. Liberty University is about a 10 minute drive, and The Blue Ridge Parkway is about 30. You may even spot deer or neighborhood chickens in the yard. We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs by providing all the necessities. No pets, service animals, or assistant animals are permitted (this exemption is approved by AirBNB).

A quiet cottage for young and old alike! Situated on a farm with hiking trails, creeks & streams! Coffee, tea, cream, sweeteners and snacks await you! The "Kitchen" includes coffeemakers, fridge, microwave, toaster oven and a 2 burner hot plate with all necessities to cook (there is no standard oven or kitchen sink - if needed we will pick up your dishes and clean them for you!). Fresh linens and towels are provided. The cabin dates back to the 1800's and was recently restored.
