Beautiful thatched cottage annex with ensuite bedroom and living room/snug with an old piano. There is a shop, pub, park and walks such as The Jurassic Way. There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or s/king sized double, please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. (Last minute bookings with less than 48 hours notice will not have the option to request this, sorry). (Air bed for 3rd guest. ) Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk. Lockbox self check in.

We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House, Diddly Squat (30 minutes). Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

The Cottage at The Old Haberdashery is located within walking distance of a shop, post office, beautiful park/cricket pavillion, pub and a good choice of scenic walks.

Rural annexe in Kislingbury

Welcome to our home! The annexe has been converted and designed for your comfort and enjoyment. It is self contained and has private access and off road parking. We are located in a rural village with good pubs and walks on the doorstep. Kislingbury is conveniently located with good road and rail transport links. The annexe is ideal for couples and solo travellers. Please do note as the pictures show the annexe is a converted attic, so the ceiling height decreases at the edges of the rooms.

Badby Lodge is a beautifully renovated annexe nestled in 6 acres of beautiful grounds. The property has 2 double bedrooms, one with king size bed and one with a double, both with en-suites. This property provides the perfect retreat for a max of four people. Outside there’s a very large pond (practically a lake!), menage and stables. There’s also a Bar area and large private Hot Tub that you will have sole use of. If you are a rider you may bring your horse for a small additional fee.

The Studio

The Studio is a light, bright and airy space, stylishly decorated in calm, neutral colours. Located on a quiet residential road, just around the corner from the local pub (The Maltsters) in the pretty village of Badby, famous for its stunning bluebell woods and beautiful walks. The Studio is ideally located near several wedding venues. Nearby Fawsley Hall is a great place to visit for afternoon tea or to relax in their award winning spa. Silverstone Circuit is less than half an hour away.

Cosy Little Barn - kitchen, bathroom, own access

The Little Barn is a self-contained one bed cottage annexed to a former Victorian farmhouse in the attractive Northamptonshire village of Kilsby. Open plan living with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen with microwave, air fryer/mini oven, toaster and kettle (no hob). Large screen TV and fast Wi-Fi. Double bed, comfy sofa, dining area and en suite shower room. Private access and private parking. Just 28 minutes from Silverstone and 12 minutes from Onley Grounds Equestrian complex.

Less than 5 mins to the M1 and Sixfields which is home to Northampton FC, Rugby stadium, Formula 1 park and ride, cinema, restaurants, gym and supermarkets. About 10 mins drive to Northampton Town centre. Ideal for anyone looking for a short stay in Northampton.

Brixworth has a long tradition of shoemaking. Cobblers Cottage was where shoes would have been made by homeworkers. The property has its own private balcony with far reaching countryside views. Situated in a colourful garden the cottage has its own access. The prize winning cook/owner provides a superb breakfast which is included. Dinner is available on request. Cobblers is located in an historic part of the village, within walking distance of shops and recreation facilities.
