This charming 1860’s home has been lovingly updated and is nestled on 2 acres of land, surrounded by a 20-acre working farm. The home is ideally suited for smaller groups yet has the living space and bedrooms for large groups or multiple families. You will enjoy relaxing in the spacious old farmhouse or activities in the large surrounding yards, with yard games, a fire pit and cooking & dining available.

Welcome to our charming, old (but newly renovated!) Orchard Park Village Farmhouse! Large, but cozy, living and dining spaces and a huge kitchen with all the amenities. We have 2 large bedrooms, each is a "master suite" with bathroom and walk-in closets. In one bedroom, the king bed can be converted to 2 twins, if required. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. We're a short 1/4 mile walk to all the village shops, restaurants and coffee shops. 2 off-street parking spaces, wifi, AC, and laundry.

Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.
