The Ballina Byron Gateway Airport is 10 minutes away so very accessible for fly in guests. Regular bus services to town, Byron Bay & Lennox with a bus stop only minutes away. Complimentary use of bikes is available to enjoy the numerous coastal bike & walking paths. A car is recommended to take full advantage of all the area has to offer. This family holiday home is ideal for anyone looking for a relaxing quiet holiday by the beach. It is light, open and airy, with a garden and front deck. It is not even close to 5 star luxury but an old timber house that we have made clean and functional . Our families have enjoyed the house over 5 generations .The kitchen is stocked but unrenovated. It has 4 bedrooms with 2 upstairs ,2 small ones downstairs. It is 5 minute walk to the beach and shops. There is no under cover parking. Free Wifi.

Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies. Set in your own private yard amongst gum trees and citrus, with a chicken coup around the corner, this one bedroom cottage feels like a home away from home. With more amenities than a hotel, like portable induction cooktops, microwave oven, washing machine and real ground coffee our place can be your home while on holidays or passing through. Situated up a dirt road, amongst koala trees and on the river, in the small community of Rileys Hill, close to Evans Head.
