La casa si trova all'interno di un agrumeto storico. Ogni particolare del giardino tradizionale siciliano è stato recuperato. Il sistema di irrigazione è degli anni trenta e rispetta i principi di idraulica del medioevo arabo e, quasi sempre, si possono ascoltare i suoni dell'acqua che scorre nelle condutture di argilla e calcarenite. Molti sono i segni che ricordano l'epopea del rock classico anni 70. E' composta da 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni attigui. Tutte le camere hanno ingresso esterno.
