This is a lovely and welcoming apartment with a patio in the center of Florence, 2 + 2 beds, and is newly renovated. It is located on the ground floor (no stairs) of a characteristic building in the district of Santa Croce, in the heart of the historic center. It was renovated by the owner, an architect with twenty years of experience, who wanted to preserve and enhance the features and characteristics typical of an ancient Florentine house: wooden beams, antique portico with stone column and brick arches. It consists of an entrance hall, a living room with dining area and relaxation area, a sofa bed, a sleeping area with a French double bed and separated by curtains, a private courtyard with a fountain, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment gets great sunlight and is very quiet because it overlooks the private courtyard. It is warm in winter and cool in summer and equipped with every comfort: independent heating, air conditioning, free wifi internet access, books, magazines, tourist guides in Italian, English, French, German, and maps. There is a fully equipped kitchen, including coffee, oil, salt, sugar, and a large selection of teas. Dishwasher and washing machine. Because the apartment is located in the heart of Florence where only Florentine residents are permitted to park, it is necessary to leave your car in one of the parking garages near the apartment (fee €. 20-25/day). You can easily walk to every place of artistic and cultural interest. If you arrive by train, you can walk or reach me directly by bus. If you arrive by plane you can take a taxi directly to my front door. This district is the most charming of the city and the street is quiet and peaceful. (Domus Aurea, Piazza Venezia, Santa Maria Maggiore, San Pietro in Vincoli). L'appartamento è completamente ristrutturato e composto da una stanza da letto matrimoniale, da un ampio salone con cucina dove è presente un comodissimo divano letto matrimoniale e da un elegante bagno (può ospitare comodamente quattro persone). Connessione Wi-Fi gratuita, aria condizionata e riscaldamento. La cucina è completa di tutto! troverete al suo interno il necessario per mangiare (piatti, bicchieri, posate ecc.) oltre all'ottimo caffè italiano Illy. Presente anche il tea, zucchero, sale, olio, aceto ecc. tutto in confezioni monouso per salvaguardare sempre l'igiene e la pulizia. Situato in un angolo tranquillo del quartiere Monti, da questa location esclusiva potrai immergerti nei ritmi lenti della capitale, assaporare le prelibatezze dei negozi gourmet e concederti una breve passeggiata fino alle più note mete turistiche. La fermata della metro più vicina è Cavour (Metro B) che si trova a soli 100 metri!!! Se avete invece necessità di prendere la Metro A la fermata più vicina è Vittorio Emanuele a soli 600 metri. La stazione ferroviaria Roma Termini è raggiungibile con la Metro B da Cavour direzione Laurentina oppure a piedi in 10 minuti.
