Our comfortable, well-equipped self-contained unit is situated underneath our family home. It is a studio apartment with a shared living and bedroom space. Your pet is welcome to use a large grass area fenced with l.6 m high wire, and our local beach is a 24 hour off-leash doggy playground! The unit is located 1 km from the beach and the river and 6 km from the small country town of Moruya on the NSW South Coast. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, bushwalking and bike trails are easily accessible.

This comfortable guest accommodation is a converted double garage, with fully lined plywood walls and polished concrete floor. While it is a relaxed and simply furnished space, it has quality lighting, rugs and curtains. A comfortable queen bed, couch & lounge chair add to the overall ambience. An ensuite bathroom is available offering a shower, toilet and wash basin. The studio is separate from the house and is quite private. Just a short drive to beaches and there is abundant wildlife.

The Garden Bay Beach shack is a self contained, downstairs unit with all mod cons and built for couples, but can accommodate a small child as an extra. Excellent romantic retreat.
