The Kimberling Inn Resort & Vacation Club lakefront property has 2 boat docks, each with 20 boat slips and a swim deck for our guests to enjoy, a boat launch area to easily get your watercraft in and out of the water, as well as boat and waverunner rentals. Enjoy two swimming pools (1 indoor & 1 outdoor), health club, sauna, and steam room on premises.

Sky View King Suite

Our King Suite has the BEST lake view on the property. One can see for miles to the opposite shore, surrounded by mountainous terrain. It has a mid-century modern décor, including music-themed wall art, a Fender Stratocaster guitar and Spark amp for those so inclined. Cozy up to a 50” Smart TV with Klipsch sound system and electric fireplace for year round ambiance. Direct TV, high speed internet and an extensive DVD library ensures you'll never get bored. This suite has a full kitchen.

Benton Place Inn, Eureka Suite

The Eureka Suite is an unforgettable place for your romantics getaway! It's every bit as special as the memories suite contains Victorian furnishings, dining area and of course, a keuring coffee maker, microwave, and a refrigerator, but this is the only suite with a full size kitchen. For long stays we have access to the washer and Dryer in the basement. The Benton Place is open all year so you can enjoy all of Eureka Springs' magnificent seasons.

The Grand Suite at Tradewinds

Tradewinds is a charming boutique hotel with a fun pool and patio area, located right in the middle of town with easy access to shops and restaurants. The grand suite consists of two beautifully outfitted bedrooms and a bathroom shared between them. You’ll have access to a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and breakfast nook for your convenience. Cable and wifi provided. Fun onsite pool and patio grilling area.

Flatiron Flats Flatiron Suite

Centered in the middle of downtown, this amazing building houses a total of 4 flats, all with private balconies one on either side of the suite and views of downtown. The 2 person jetted tubs are a the best for romantic nights, private parking down the street at our sister hotel the New Orleans parking lot $15.00 per night. Shops, and fine dining and entertainment only minutes away.

Walk into a clean, comfy home away from home. This unit has an open concept feel. The living room/dining room has a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress, smart TV, electric fireplace and dining table with benches. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a combo frig, sink and 2 burner stove (you may want to bring an extra cooler as the fridge is small).
