The space was somewhat nestled away from the city but still just a short drive from town. The house itself was very roomy, cozy, and well equipped for entertaining. The outdoor space was very high quality with a large and detailed cleaned pool, cabana, patio area, and a grassed area for outdoor activities.

Had a couple of hiccups. But quick to respond. The home is beautiful and felt just like a big hug. Highly recommend.

This house was perfect for our family reunion. We enjoyed the hot tub, volleyball, walking down to the lake, corn hole, and the toys for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked and the living rooms were great for gathering and talking.

Super cozy & fun place to stay at for the past week, had fun with friends at the campfire in the backyard & a great location. Would love to come back! (:

Back again because it is just that good! Love how cozy the treehouse is and so relaxing right on the creek. Has great coffee and all the amenities we need. Another very enjoyable getaway.

Our stay was wonderful. We saw a gorgeous woodpecker and three beautiful deer--who snuggled into the leaves right outside the bedroom window! Easy access to amenities for a quick grocery grab with a Walmart up the road in Missouri for other sundries. Cozy, functional, and a great choice for a family. We weren't here for mountain biking but did see several folks taking advantage of the trail right down the hill from this house. Perfect balance: clean, cheery home nestled in serene natural setting.

Evan was responsive and polite. The location is so convenient to UARK, MLK, Dickinson and local faves. Loved the decor!

The house was cute and very clean. A binder was provided with local restaurants and things to do which was very helpful. My husband and his friend enjoyed the pool table. The communication was great, our stay overall was great. Will book again in the future.

Great place to stay, clean with all the amenities you need. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer was nice, bib walkin shower. Quality bedding and linens, check in was easy and good directions to the place. Nice view of the surrounding mountains with the outdoor fire pit, I enjoyed my stay and recommend Todd's place.

We love staying at this wonderful place! It’s always clean and comfortable. We love sitting on the outside patio and listening to the birds. They have the sweetest cat that comes to visit on the patio occasionally. This time we saw 2 rabbits, a turtle and 2 deer in the backyard. Stayed here many times and will again!

Heidi reached out of me the morning before I checked in and was very responsive to my texts and phone calls. Her blue house was is small but provided plenty of room for our stay. We were disappointed that there was no TV available. But, this gave us time to read.

The square is steps away, the walking and mountain bike trails are just around the block. This is the place you are looking for, it has everything you need, so just stop your search now and book.

This was a very cozy and beautiful space and Fiona even provided snacks upon arrival. The bed was comfortable and everything was so clean. It was really easy to get to places down this location and I appreciate how clear the instructions were. Overall, very excellent and I’d be happy to stay here again.

Kathryn was great! The space and location were perfect. We were within walking distance to the square and used her cruiser bikes provided to bike through some trails she recommended. Felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend.

Very clean new build. Well furnished and spacious. The kitchen and stocked cookware and dishware were very handy to have. The location is convenient to several restaurants and to the highway. The price is right and there were essentially no cleaning requirements. I would recommend this over any of the hotels in the same area - it's cleaner, nicer, more affordable, and has the same (or better) amenities.

Mike was super kind to our family. We were displaced after a fire and he was more than willing to allow us there and to be able to accommodate my family and our furry friends.

Amanda was a great host! The cabin was great, I especially liked the Jacuzzi! The scenery was beautiful. The location was also very close to Eureka Springs. I would definitely rent this cabin again.

We enjoyed celebrating our anniversary here. The cabin was impeccably clean, comfortable, and quiet. Nature abounds in every direction. We sat on the front porch and watched the chipmunks and squirrels while enjoying our morning coffee. The hot tub was perfect with a great view of the sky and the property. We were able to enjoy the deer crossing the property as we soaked in the evening time. I would stay again!

The cabin was so clean and looked brand new inside. The fireplace woodstove was wonderful on the cool evening and the screened in porch overlooking the woods and valley were just wonderful. Bob's cabin will always be on my short list for returning to again in the future when needing to get away to a peaceful and quiet location (even my cell phone with internet didn't work here which was a plus). I highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, quiet, and beautiful location.

We came to the Buffalo River area to do some hiking. Unfortunately, it rained and rained (flash floods) the entire time we were there. However, the cabin was so nice and comfortable that we ended up having a very relaxing and enjoyable time anyway. Just as it’s described, the cabin is in a very secluded and peaceful area. The trees and foliage were absolutely beautiful. (We were there in April) The dogwoods and redbuds were in full bloom. Probably because of the heavy rains, we had a waterfall right out our back door. The wrap around porch was perfect for grilling and soaking in the scenery even though it was pouring down rain. Toni had pretty much everything you would need throughout the house. Basic food stuffs in the kitchen. (Seasonings, coffee, butter, condiments, etc.) The bathroom was fairly well stocked with all the typical personal hygiene items that you might need if you accidentally forgot something. We would certainly stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay despite the bad weather. For being stuck inside it was cozy and relaxing. We are very pleased and thankful for our experience.

Very nice cabin with great views from the top deck. Great for a family vacation with the lake trail and game room.

It was a very pleasurable stay. Everything was as described. Very clean and very inviting. We definitely plan to stay there again in the future. A+
