City center apartment 10 meters from the sea

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

The apartment is located on the ground floor. There is an apartment with a kitchen and a living room with a pull-out couch for two people, and a bathroom with a shower / wc and a closed yard commonly in the old town's historic center. The kitchen is equipped with 4x electric plates, coffeemachine, fridge with freezer and microwave. Large bedroom with a double bed. The space is equipped with SatTv, AC and Wifi. Pets are welcome with prior notice and a surcharge of €10 per day per pet.
