Fully equipped kitchen with oil, spices, coffee, tea, and cooking essentials. If there is something else you need just let us know. No need to bring the basics with you!

70s condo with garage parking (not suitable for large trucks). Downstairs: half bath, living/dining beautiful large kitchen with older but fully functional appliances. Upstairs: 1 bdrm w/ K bed, 1 bdrm w/ Q bed (this is a loft!). Both bdrms have full baths. Condo is completely furnished, including washer/dryer, patio with BBQ. Steps away from extensive bike/walking trails along river. Two bikes/helmets included. Easy walk or bike ride to Autzen, easy bike ride to U of O campus and Hayward Field

Quiet and close to downtown Eugene, this guest house has the tranquility of it's farming past. Its a short stroll to the Willamette River (stop by Ciderlicious on the way!) & pathway to the Whittaker Neighborhood and the downtown. Easy access from the 569 Beltline too. Guests have their own entrance and back deck and bathroom. There is a small refrigerator to use in the room. We provide coffee, a variety of teas and snacks. We are a retired couple, not a corporation in the Airbnb business.

We are dog friendly with a small private fenced pet area and a park 2 blocks away. We ask that you supervise & clean up.

Private Bungalow tucked into our back yard. Serene and quiet space, though close to all amenities. Drop off your car and walk to football games & Olympic and local track events as well as outdoor concerts at Cuthbert. Oakway Hyatt and Residence Inn just one block away. River bike paths just one block away. Want to settle in for a while? Visiting? In between? Here for a short-term work assignment? Bring your suitcases and step into your own comfortable home for a while.

Cozy up in this sunny studio located in the Friendly neighborhood. Snuggle up in the comfy queen bed by the gas fireplace. A wine fridge chills your food and beverages. A private full bathroom—separate from the studio—is accessible by a 40-foot lighted and partially covered walk to the garage. Enjoy the quiet back yard, patio, and garden. Restaurants, shopping, and parks are within a short walk. We welcome up to two well-behaved guest dogs with responsible owners.

One queen bed and two futon couches. Projector with movie screen and small smart tv. Driveway has basketball hoop. No smoking/vaping inside nor outside.

This space is attached to the house but it is completely private with no shared spaces. Only a 2 minute walk to many restaurants, shopping and grocery store.
