Our house located at Fotimari, 15 minutes from the port (5.5km –last 1.5 km smooth dirt road), within our 13000 m2 plot, overlooking green hills full of oak and olive trees, beautiful marked walking ancient trails and the fantastic view of Chora village (Ioulis). This characteristic Cycladic fully renovated stone-built house of more than 150 years old, formerly used as a wine press tastefully decorated, it provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique small house is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. Includes a king size double bed, living room with sofa and fireplace, bathroom, small fully equipped kitchen and private garden. Just a few meters above sea level with amazing view to Vourkari and bay. Comfortable setting to enjoy the outdoors space with chaises longues and outdoor dinning table. 500meters from Vourkari where someone can find beautiful typical tavernas, bars, galleries and mini market. Within a distance of 3km someone can find 4 beaches for swimming.

Perseus' House

Agiannis’ little cove is located in the Corinthian gulf, 5km away from Domvrena village, 30km away from the city of Thebes and 120km away from Athens. There are just a few fishermen’s houses and one tavern, which is open during all seasons of the year. This is an ideal place for relaxation and peacefulness by the sea and nature, all year round. It would be good for visitors to be well equipped with some trainers, as climbing on the rocks offers an amazing view to the Halcyon islands.
