Отличная квартира, светлая, чистая, теплая, имеется подземная парковка для машины. Когда брали обратили внимание на другие отзывы про запах из ванны, но мы такой проблемы не констатировали и всё было чудесно. Расположение было идеально для наших целей. Общественный транспорт в пешей доступности, да и в целом все необходимое есть поблизости.

Le logement d'Ethel est très agréable, très bien placé. Un salon de thé / boulangerie très agréable se trouve à l'entrée du bâtiment, très pratique pour les petits déjeuner. Le bâtiment est cossu et très beau. De nombreux appartements avec systèmes d'ouverture par code. Tout peut se faire à pied depuis l'appartement. Celui-ci est très bieb équipé et très propre. Ethel est extrêmement réactive pour toutes questions. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Lovely, spacious and clean apartment with a nice balcony! Jane was very responsive and provided clear check-in instructions. Location is great and there's cheap parking right opposite (3e for 24h, use the pargi app). We really enjoyed our time staying here. Highly recommended!

Great apartment at a perfect location, walking distance to the city center! The apartment looks neat and tidy and is perfectly clean. The building, apartment and furniture looks new and give a luxurious feel. Kristiine offers a few parking options at close distance which is very convenient. Highly recommended to stay in Tartu

It was our second stay at Olev's apartments and it was absolutely amazing time! Apartments are clean, spacious, with everything you need from A to Z! And even more, we forgot our Estee Lauder eye serum and umbrella, when we stayed first time, and we found them safe and sound back at Olev's apartment! 😁 Thank you lots the host and lovely people who look after the place 💕 We definitely would come back and we highly recommend this lovely place to stay. Helve & her husband were the perfect hosts. The apartment is brand new, clean and tidy! The two bedrooms large and perfect for my family. The home also has a smart TV for those restful evenings. Thank You

Kaunis, erittäin puhdas, rauhallinen ja kompakti majoituspaikka hienossa jugendtalossa jossa näyttävä sisääntulo.Hyvät liikenneyhteydet keskustaan, mutta myös sopiva kävelymatka Virukeskukseen. Voisimme tulla uudelleen tähän paikkaan 😃

Very nice appartment, clean, well equipped. Nice view. Easily reachable from the center either by car, foot or Bolt scooter.

Erittäin onnistunut vierailu. Miellyttävä yhteydenpito sekä joustava check-in ja check-out. Keskeinen sijainti ja kaikki palvelut vieressä. Asunnosta upea panoraama näkymä vanhaan kaupunkiin. Täällä vierailemme mieluusti uudelleen. Plussaa taloyhtiön privaatista parkkipaikasta, joka käytössä eri maksusta.

Ensimmäinen kerta kun majoitimme itsemme asuntoon hotellin sijaan. Sijainti oli loistava. Gerli vastasi viesteihin nopeasti. Huoneisto oli juuri kuvatunlainen sekä vastasi kuvia. Huoneisto oli puhdas ja viihtyisä. Myös hyvät ohjeet olivat laitettu esille mikäli halusi liikkua Tallinnassa mutkattomasti. Suosittelen ja varmasti tulen käyttämään uudelleen.

El apartamento nos ha gustado mucho, la zona es tranquila y está muy bien comunicado con el centro de la ciudad tanto a pie como en autobús. Es un apartamento muy cómodo, limpio y bastante amplio. Peter nos ha atendido al Instante cuando le hemos preguntado alguna duda, ha sido muy amable. Recomiendo el apartamento si vienes a pasar unos días a Tartu

Приятное и быстрое общение с хозяином. В доме спальня, санузел и кухня. Чистота, белье, горячая вода. Вся техника рабочая. Можно использовать, как база для путешествий. Мы провели 1 романтическую ночь. Wi fi нет, Тele2 неуверенно работает. Поэтому и романтическая))

Un endroit très charmant, nous avons beaucoup aimé et le recommandons fortement! le jardin est vraiment très beau, la rivière au fond du jardin c’était si agréable et le sauna est magnifique! Merci encore Merike!

We had a lovely stay. We loved the character of the house, and the huge garden. Our children really enjoyed the trampoline, and there was lots of space for us all. This is an old home with character rather than an identikit apartment, so there are a few quirks to the house. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom nice. Very comfortable beds. Piret was very responsive and helpful, she even arranged extra things in the house for the children and let us borrow bikes. The area is very quiet but there is a good local Coop shop and a couple of bars/restaurants. Pärnu is a great day trip with pretty town and great beach. We hope to stay again.

We spent amazing 3 weeks in this house and fully enjoyed this 🤩 The house is clean, spacious with all necessary equipment. There is convenient parking near the house under the roof. Location is in cozy area with parks and supermarkets nearby. Mart is very hospitable and friendly, several times during our stay , he saved us from the snow with his snow tractor when there was heavy snowfall. Definitely we recommend to visit 👌
