We also close the apartment one day between guests so that we can disinfect thoroughly the apartment for the next guest. This 150 meters apartment has 4 rooms with 14-16 m2 each and a working space, a living/dinning with 54m2 with windows all around with a view of the fantastic green of the big forest of Monsanto in a quiet environment and at 15 min by metro to the city center or at 8 minutes to the El Corte Ingles and the biggest Lisbon Mall Colombo for your fantastic shopping. With a 24 hour reception/security and 4 lifts this apartment has the quality of a Hotel with all the advantages of a home. We believe that a communication prior to the arrival is fundamental for us to personalize the guest stay. We have all the tools to be in contact with our guests all the time. Laranjeiras is one of the most popular quarters for locals due to transport facilities (Metro, Long distance Buses, and one of the biggest train stations with trains to just about everywhere). It is also close to many Universities and many Hospitals. The fantastic Lisbon ZOO and the stadium of the most popular stadium of football in the country, the Estádio da Luz of Benfica soccer club, at walking distance. The biggest shopping centres of El Corte Inglês and Colombo are only at a few minutes by metro. The metro station of sete rios or the one of Laranjeiras is at 6 minutes walking (630mts) taking you the very city center in only 15 minutes and to the shopping area of El Corte Inglês at 8 minutes. The buses from Fátima, Evora and Sevilla and many other places arrive at Sete Rios Bus Station at only 5 minutes walking distance. Also the Sete Rios train station is one of the biggest stations in Lisbon with connections to Algarve, Porto, Sintra, Estoril/Cascais, Oriente, etc, etc. One of the biggest transport hubs of Portugal. Chiado Studio II Fantastic Place

This apartment is located in a 3rd floor of an XVIII century totally renovated building with elevator in the Chiado area of Lisbon. Inside the apartment You'll find all the amenities and comfort for a great short or long stay in Lisbon! From the air conditioning to the central heating passing by the small kitchen appliances like the orange juice squeezer and the toaster all was thought to maximize comfort. The apartment has a kitchenette with two electric hobbs, a microwave and a dishwasher. The design of the apartment makes it look like an open space, but at the same time the lounge area with dinning space, is well divided by the sleeping area by two glass french doors. There is very comfortably seating for 4/5 in the lounge, and the dinning area accommodates 5 also very comfortably. A lounge chair that turns is perfect for reading while having a view over the Tagus river. While lying in bed one has a great view over the river. The bathroom is in white Portuguese marble and boasts a large Shower enclosure as well as a bidet. There is a closet in the bedroom and another one in the Lounge area. The decoration of the apartment follows modern and simple lines, but always keeping in mind the main features of the building and its XVIII century construction. The apartment accommodates 4 very comfortably, has a double bed in the bedroom and an oversized sofa where 2 single beds can be made. Cable TV and Wireless internet are available and complimentary. The area of Largo do Carmo and Chiado with Rua Garrett is one of the most stylish in Lisbon, and the perfect spot to stay while visiting. The Baixa/Chiado metro station is about 200 meters from the apartment. This apartment's ceiling height is 3 meters, and has one large window doors to the balcony, as well as two windows, one in the bedroom the other in the living room. Tagus River, Lisbon rooftops, are one of the main features of this amazing studio apartment. The balcony has 9 meters by 75 cm. The perfect place to stay while in Lisbon! The place for You!
