This first floor apartment is steps from all you wish to see in Boston and the surrounding area. This spot is in a vibrant city walking distance to Harvard, Tufts and Lesley Universities. Equidistant to thriving funky Davis and Porter Square each a half mile away. 10 minutes walk to the red line stops at Davis and Porter Square. Additionally 10 minute walk to Magoun Square on the green line to take you directly to TD North Garden, Fenway Park, the North End, Government center and much more.

This sunny space is the perfect location from which to explore Beverly, Salem, Cape Ann, and Boston, while also being a peaceful place to slow down and do less! The guest room has two stacked twin mattresses that can be converted into a king sized bed, let me know if you have 4 guests. Since this is my only home, I'm not able to rent it often.
