The accommodation was very nice. My wife and our two dogs enjoyed our stay. The small patio made it easy to take our dogs out for their needs, and she had water with a hose that was easy to clean every day. Gulsah was friendly and always willing to help with any questions. Thank you very much.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully restored historic home! The house is full of charm and character, with a perfect balance of spacious communal areas for everyone to enjoy and enough bathrooms to comfortably accommodate a large group. The neighborhood is stunning and well-connected, with easy access to both the old and new parts of the city via ferry and tram. Our host was incredibly attentive and responsive to all our needs, making the stay even more enjoyable. If you're traveling with a group, consider requesting extra keys for added convenience. Highly recommend this wonderful place!

I had a really great stay. The place and hospitality were both excellent. We had a pleasant stay.

I rented a house for two weeks. It is the center of Balat - around many delicious restaurants and small shops. Seyda and her family are very helpful. They helped me with everything. I had a problem with the nanny, and Sayda helped me solve it. They also make transfers to the airport. Communication with the host was as comfortable as possible: any shortcomings were corrected within a couple of hours. I am very satisfied.

Highly recommended. Location is perfect. Balat is different from the usual Taksim, Galata, Sultanahmet and the like. Hosts are extremely responsive. Would come here again. Very good value for money. Thanks

yusuf est très sympa et réactif. l'appartement est fonctionnel, la literie est confortable , il y a tout ce qu'il faut sur place ( machine à laver , vaisselles , ustensiles et accessoires de cuisine, linge de lit , serviettes ...). gros + pour les piscines intérieures et extérieures c'était vraiment chouette, sans parler des aires de jeux pour les enfants, salle de sport, terrain de foot et basket, ça c'est génial quand on est en famille. le métro est à 5min à pieds mais un peu long pour rejoindre le centre historique d'Istanbul ( 30/40min) il nous a fallu 24h pour bien comprendre le mode de fonctionnement de l'appartement et de la résidence mais une fois que c'était bon tout était parfait. résidence sécurisée. on a passé un très bon. séjour. le petit point négatif c'est le ménage... vous pouvez largement vous améliorez la dessus mais je suis exigeante là dessus donc globalement je dirais que c'était très bien.

Fantastic place, host, everything. Honestly, the place itself is beautiful and looks much better in person than it does in pictures. Each room has a terrace which is amazing. The apartment itself has everything you need and if not, feel free to ask downstairs at the front desk as those guys are super helpful. There’s a nice coffee shop right next to the apartment called Sable, strongly recommend. And the mall has a great supermarket with lots of options. All in all, great place and we’ll come back. Highly recommended.

My partner and I had a very good stay at this flat! The place is well-equipped with plenty of amenities—there's a lovely swimming pool, a gym, and even shops within the complex. The internet connection was excellent, allowing us to easily work online, hold meetings, and handle downloads and uploads without any issues. We did encounter a couple of small issues. On our first night, we weren’t informed about the access card required to move around the complex, which left us a bit stuck until someone kindly helped us out. Additionally, there was a minor issue with the toilet, but the host was responsive and came over almost immediately to fix it, which we really appreciated. Despite these hiccups, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place with fantastic amenities!

Very good accomodation and we have enjoyed our stay . Ece was very responsive and accommodated all our requests . Suite is very big and can easily spend quiet time inside. Lot of good restaurants and cafes near by and good transportation options to city . We went to explore Istanbul for 3 days and enjoyed my vacation . WiFi is sometimes disconnecting and can be improved .

I spent 3 wonderful nights in this lovely apartment in Istanbul. The place was clean, comfortable, and everything was just perfect. The host is incredibly kind and classy, and communication was always smooth and respectful. When I lost the keys, the staff handled the situation calmly and politely, helping me out quickly with no hassle. It was an excellent experience and I definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul. Thank you from the heart!

the property at 1 st floor. near to grocery shops. can buy vegetables,meat,spices and cook at house. house is located 300 meter from aksaray metro station, bus station and yusof pasa tram station. a lot of restaurants sorounding area. very easy to eat. opposite a small mosque. the area quiet at night, easy to sleep

Mein Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung war äußerst angenehm. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Metrostation und bietet zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Waddah war ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber: immer freundlich, immer hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Ich würde ohne zu zögern wieder bei ihm buchen. We are satisfied with our stay! Seval sent us all the instructions how to get to the apartment and about our stay. The apartment was clean, prepared with all necessary things to make us feel like at home. The apartment is located in quiet neighbourhood and there's a public transport 5 minutes walking from the place. It takes around 10-15 minutes to get to the city center by bus or tram. Also, you can find many shops, grocery stores and cafes around.

Kız kıza konakladığımız bu evde harika bir deneyim yaşadık. Ev hem çok temizdi hem de tam fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi. Konumu oldukça merkezi, çevrede ihtiyacımız olan her şeye kolayca ulaşabildik. Ayrıca ev sahibinin sunduğu havalimanı transfer hizmeti çok pratik ve konforluydu, bu da seyahatimizi oldukça rahatlattı. Genel olarak her şeyden çok memnun kaldık, kesinlikle tekrar tercih edebileceğimiz bir yer.

Staying in this apartment was a good experience. I initially expected the neighborhood to be a bit noisier, but everything was actually very calm and peaceful. The apartment was perfectly clean and had a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for a family. The beds were also very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. Since the host family lived in the same building, they were always available and responded to our needs within minutes — usually in under five minutes! The metro station was a 15-minute walk away, and from there it was easy to reach any part of the city. Olivium Shopping Center was only a five-minute walk from the apartment, which made shopping very convenient. Everything we needed was within easy reach for me and my family, and we were very happy with our stay. Thank you so much.
