Muy bonito lugar, alejado del ruido, lo cual para mí fue perfecto porque buscaba relajarme. El gym, el pádel y el basket muy bien, además de estar en una ubicación cerca prácticamente de todo lo que quieras hacer, la piscina tiene una gran vista, me gustó mucho. Recomiendo el lugar.

Jairo and Ashley were amazing hosts- very friendly helpful and generous. We had some complications with our arrival and they were incredibly kind and understanding. The house is very comfortable- the AC is a real plus for El Paredon. The rooftop space with the hammocks is the perfect place to unwind when it's too hot on the beach. There is tea/coffee/salt/oil aplenty which makes all the difference when you have a whole house to yourself. Everything you need is in walking distance and there are 2 bikes on the property. Thanks guys, we will be back for sure!

We worried a bit about driving to El Paredon at night after a delayed flight, but shouldn't have. This was just lovely, and our kids loved it. The whole community is laid back, and we found the hosts incredibly kind. It was definitely the highlight of our trip.

Junto a mi familia nos lo pasamos increíble, para mí era importante encontrar un lugar donde pudiéramos vivir un experiencia inolvidable, el lugar fue acogedor. Estamos muy contentos y muy buena atención con los anfitriones, les deseamos bendiciones y esperamos visitarlos nuevamente.

Nuestra estadía en Villa del Mar fue simplemente espectacular. La casa está ubicada justo frente al mar, con una vista impresionante y acceso directo a la playa, lo que la convierte en el lugar perfecto para desconectarse y descansar. Cada rincón de la casa estaba impecable, cuidada hasta el último detalle, lo cual hizo que nos sintiéramos cómodos y bienvenidos desde el primer momento. La piscina es hermosa, amplia y muy bien mantenida, ideal para relajarse o compartir en familia. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, frescas y muy cómodas, perfectas para un descanso profundo después de un día bajo el sol. Mención especial merece el personal: atentos, amables y siempre dispuestos a colaborar en todo lo que necesitáramos, contribuyendo a que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más placentera. Sin duda, Villa del Mar es un pedacito de paraíso al que deseamos volver pronto. ¡Altamente recomendada!

Lovely spot. Very peaceful, walkable distance to everything, well-stocked supermarket around the corner. Kitchen works well and has everything you need to make breakfast or simple dinner. Living space is much bigger than the pictures, enough space to do yoga etc. biggest tiny house ever been to. Bed super comfy, shower is powerful, cold water but that’s what you want. Pool is cute & perfect respite from the heat. I sat outside on a towel in the garden and read my book. Hammocks in shaded area. Circle of ting houses all connected but no noise from other houses. Lady who looks after the accommodation is lovely, works very hard, did our laundry for us.

Es un extraordinario lugar para relajarse, Carmen es una excelente anfitriona, en general el lugar es como se ve en las fotos, las camas son cómodas, hay suficiente parqueo y la playa está a muy pocos metros, la atención del personal que asiste a Carmen es respetuosa y se siente muy cómodo para pasar unos días placenteros. Considera que las camas que están en litera sus gradas son algo empinadas, si llevas niños, considera ese detalle. Pero todo genial.

Very recommended, great host and place. Room for 2 people with plenty of space for even a sofa and a wall table for work or dinner. Little kitchen with a fridge what I really like. Very comfy bed and a clean bathroom. I already know a place next time I come back to El Paredon.

Great 2nd floor mini studio apartment with ocean views, a comfy bed, and lots of light. Property is right on the beach. Owners/hosts are very responsive and friendly and there are lots of places to eat nearby.

We have absolutely fallen in love with Guatemala! Our stay at El Perdón has been so relaxing, and the place is truly beautiful. What We Loved: They were so easy to communicate with and very helpful with any questions. - Edwin the house Admin, was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure we were settled in and even taking us to the grocery store. He was a fantastic host and made our stay even more enjoyable! - The house is stunning—beautifully decorated, spotless, and so comfortable. We felt right at home. - The pool was absolutely perfect, and we loved that it had shade over it! The loungers and outdoor furniture were also great, and the easy access to the beach with that amazing view made our stay even more special. Again, thank you so much for hosting us in such a wonderful place. We truly enjoyed our time here and appreciate all the effort you’ve put into making it such a beautiful and welcoming space. This place was magnificent. Can highly recommend anyone to stay at this accommodation. The location was perfect to walk down to the beach & get around El Paredon. Will definitely be visiting back again soon :)
