Less than 20 minutes to Denver International Airport, and centrally located between Denver and Fort Collins, with easy access to highways, shopping, and hiking. Property includes electrical access for campers and recreational vehicles. A unique find, where you are sure to see stunning sunsets, pheasants, cows, owls, and maybe even a bald eagle.

Mid/Mod ' Little House' in Old Town Louisville

Lite Haus means little house in Norwegian. But we also named it this because of the sound of, "Light House". We hope that this space can be a place of "Light" and restoration for each person who stays- a great escape. The home is a wonderful, quick walk to Old Town Louisville (just 3 blocks away). There are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques to explore. The home is also a short 15 minute drive from Boulder and a scenic 25 mins. to Denver. Public bus stop is a 1/2 block away.
