Artsy Camping Adventure—22 acres

We have 22 acres of land with forest hikes, lake views and beautiful tiered landscaping for several private camping areas. You can use our tent and/or bring your own for a duel set up. There is a full bathroom at one end of the house that is accessible from outside. You are welcome to use our grill and kitchen. We tend to cook up meals for our guests on a whim so at times there may be free food offered and fun musical and poetic performances around the fire. There is also lake access for kayaks.

96 Acres of Adirondack Primitive Campsites

96 absolutely 100% wild, unadulterated acres of pine forest, woodlands and marshland in Stratford, NY: the Gateway to the Adirondacks. The main house - a 1890s, stacked stone farmhouse that has seen better days after being left unattended for 40+ years, a post and beam barn, a small shed used to house carriages and an easement, these are off-limits. The remaining 90+ acres are untouched woodlands inside the Adirondack Park boundary, where anywhere can be your campsite! (Pending hosts approval.)

Just 1.5 miles from the beautiful Glimmer Glass lake and historic Cooperstown. Our Tentrr site is nestled in a private, 160 acre parcel at a high elevation above Cooperstown.

Camping at the Funny Farm

Get back to nature with our tent site at the Funny Farm. Kick back and relax while taking in the scenery. Our sunsets are just beautiful over the Hudson River. Enjoying falling asleep to the sounds of frogs in our pond and waking up to our horses in the pasture Kick your shoes off… get grounded on a nice walk. Get back to a simpler way with an outside shower… yes, an outside hot shower under the stars :) and outhouse camping toilet tent. 4 miles to Mech town 18 miles to Saratoga

Luxury Adirondack Canvas Tent w/ Ramp

Christmas Tree Farm Hideaway!

Come and Enjoy our 300 acre Christmas tree farm! Located at the top of our property overlooking the tree fields and woods and pond below.Enjoy Hiking, Boating and Fishing right on the property. All very Private!! Not far from town , brewery, wineries, Waterfalls and other wonderful places to enjoy. Enjoy viewing the Stars at night and sitting by a campfire and the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place.(An All Wheel Drive or Four Wheel Drive Vehicle is recommended)

Riverside screen house

Screenhouse on the side of the West Canada Creek. Please note this is a 1000 foot walk from your vehicle unless you have a 4wd or all wheel drive vehicle. Site includes a 10 ft by 10 ft screenhouse, picnic table, and outhouse, fire pit, 2 chairs, but no bed. Have 115 acres of farm to explore along the creek, swim in the creek, bring your kayak, tube down the river, or fish for trout in the creek. Please note the river can get busy in the summer on weekends with tubers.

Lake Tent #1 at The Silverlaken Estate rests on the shore of Silver Lake, minutes from Letchworth State Park and the village of Perry NY. It features a queen bed with a short walk to the restrooms, shower and kitchen facilities for our tent guests. This unique accommodation provides breathtaking views of Silver Lake. Each lake tent has a rain tarp to protect you from bad weather. We provide bedding, bath towels, and toiletries for our lake tents guests.
