It is located near UWG, parks, downtown shops and restaurants, city schools, Greenbelt walking trails, Tanner Hospital and just about anything you could need or want. This home offers a nicely equipped kitchen with all new appliances, laundry, front porch swinging, and relaxing backyard firepit. It is perfect for an individual, small family, or working professionals while visiting Carrollton, GA.

Relax & take it easy at this newly remodeled and tranquil retreat. Enjoy the peace of being in the country right on a 17 acre pond stocked with bass, crappie, bluegill & catfish. Yet just 15 minutes from everything you could need. Fish all day, sleep in, create happy memories at the fire pit, enjoy the treehouse OR go out & explore the great many things to see & do in this area! This house is perfect for 2 couples but we will take up to 6 guests. Added fees for the 5th & 6th guests $25 pp/pn.

Enjoy s’mores or hotdogs by the fire pit. Bring your pole and fish right outside the cabin! Or go for a hike at Alabama's highest point, Cheaha State Park just 20 miles away. Hunting land available for extra fee with valid Hunting license and permit.

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. This beautiful cozy cabin sleeps up to three people . It is stocked with everything you need inside including WiFi and cable TV. Our neighborhood is a quiet 55+ community, so please be respectful of our neighbors. Should you plan to have guest over who exceed the cabin's capacity, you must first notify the host and add them to the reservation. Pets are not allowed.
