The check-in was smooth and the inside was nice and clean. All of the signs around the house made it super easy to navigate the inside/outside lights, hot tub cover, and projector. Very cozy as well! Hot tub was great and loved how close the dollar general and Walmart was but it still felt secluded and in nature. Overall I would go back!

Great house with an amazing view. It was nice that the host left a Christmas tree up for our celebration. The beds were very comfortable. We communicated a few maintenance issues to the host. Overall it was great for our family to meet up for the holidays.

The lake house apartment was the perfect location to relax after visiting the historic towns in the tri-city area. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on our private balcony overlooking the lake. The location was very peaceful and we rarely heard foot steps from the host living above. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the spacious apartment for relaxing in the evenings.

Came for a short weekend trip and it was absolutely as described! The place felt very clean and well taken care of. Host was very helpful and communicative and was willing to reasonably accommodate our worries of traveling during the winter storm that passed through the day of our check-in, luckily we ended up making it! I would absolutely visit this property again.

My family's absolute favorite Airbnb in Pike County...and we have stayed in many. The yard was wonderful. House was pristine, well stocked, and we slept like a rock in the beds. It's a bit remote, but got a good vibe from the well kept properties around the holler. Minor complaint was that drivers like to fly around the corner down the holler, but does not take away from the quiet. Insanely great pricing for the size and amenities.

If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. My family of four stayed here with our dog and had a terrific time. We are already talking about when we can come back! Larry was very helpful and super responsive to our questions. The property is spotless and adorable yet modern. We enjoyed every convenience and the cutest coffee bar inside!

We really enjoyed our stay here! If we are ever back in the area, would definitely stay again. Place was just as described and hosts were very accommodating with our schedule. Would recommend to anyone!
