Chill and sip a glass of wine sitting on the sunchairs while contemplating the lake and Pescallo, the ancient fisherman village. The apt is at the first floor and it consist of an open space area with a double bed and a double sofa bed, a nice kitchen and a cozy bathroom. It is a very good position to explore Lake Como and its landmarks.

Appartamento in zona isolata nella stupenda Val Zebrù del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Ottimo per passare una vacanza al contatto con la natura ricca di flora e fauna selvatica. Riscaldamento a legna, l’energia elettrica è fornita da un impianto fotovoltaico. Nella zona non vi è connessione telefonica, ma è presente una connessione wi-fi in baita, inoltre vicino vi sono due ristori dove si possono degustare i cibi locali. La baita è raggiungibile a piedi o con le jeep autorizzate al transito.

The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

There is one bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs.

Supermarket and free winter ski bus stop: 3 mins. Closest downhill ski area 5 mins by ski bus. Engadin ski marathon cross-country trail right in front of house. Lots of beautiful hiking trails.

Sia in estate che in inverno, è la base perfetta per passeggiate e attività sportive (sci di fondo, pattinaggio, bici, tennis, golf, pesca) nella regione.
