This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Helt nytt och fullt utrustat hus på 28 kvm i Danderyd 15 min norr om Stockholms innerstad. Huset stod klart i januari 2024 och ligger på en lugn återvändsgata 100m från ett fantastiskt naturreservat med oändliga alternativ för promenad, vandring och bad. På 10-15 min med bil når man både havet med fina badplatser eller två av Skandinaviens största köpcentrum (Täby Centrum och Mall of Scandinavia.
