Full cutlery, plates, cups etc, smart tv, wifi, central heating. Large shower, wc, sink, cabinet with mirror, towel rail. Directly across from the beach and public carpark. Lee on the Solent has shops, cafes, Indian, Chinese, and a Turkish restaurant, which is a 15-minute walk on the beach path.

Overlooking the water and built around 1850 our semi-detached cottage has stunning views of Emsworth harbour. It has plenty of character with a fresh minimalistic decor and good quality beds and bedding. It's a five minute walk into the heart of Emsworth where you will find an abundance of restaurants pubs and coffee shops, butchers/fishmonger and greengrocers. There is a coastal footpath on the doorstep, the Southdowns, West Wittering beach, Chichester and Portsmouth a short drive away.
