We would highly recommend this beautiful condo. Every detail was wonderfully done. You felt at home as soon as you walked in. Yvonne was so great at responding so quickly to any questions we asked. This is definitely a place to return and to recommend to others. They are so accomodating.

Matthew's place had everything we needed for our stay. A lovely home and all the thoughtful touches made and comfortable bed coverings made us feel welcomed. Walkable to the grocery and restaurants downtown. Charlevoix was our mid-point for day tripping to Leland and Petoskey to the shores and beaches. We would stay again.

Great amount of space & separation of master from 2 additional bedrooms. Beds very comfortable. Pictures of Island & city were a nice local touch. Luggage rack in each bedroom & plenty of hangers. Both a nice sized front porch & a rear deck for relaxing & star gazing. Rural feel but close to town & destination locations (Mackinac Island & Tahquamenon Falls) and a walking audio history tour of St Ignace.

We had an amazing stay! Our family of 11 fit comfortably, and everyone had a great night's sleep. The home was absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This home was a perfect place for a women's mini retreat weekend. It was a very comfortable space for 6 ladies. A suggestion would be a little heater in the main floor master bath for colder months would be helpful. It is quite chilly in there. We hope to stay again sometime.

This was a perfect house for our family get away!

This house was beautiful, clean, quiet and close to everything we were looking to do! The basement game room was awesome for the whole family and the house being pet friendly was a bonus as well. There was a grill and fire pit which we loved and it was everything we could’ve asked for in a vacation home! Would give a 10/10 and would recommend and stay again. Thank you to Jason and his family for the opportunity to have a great family vacation!

This house was beautiful and perfect distance from downtown that made it easy to walk everywhere. The house was perfect for a larger family to have the space to enjoy our company, but also have the privacy and larger family needs. Great place to stay!

Fantastic stay! The location was perfect—walking distance to great restaurants in downtown Petoskey. The place was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. Meghan was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond. Can’t wait to stay at the LBC again soon!

Wow, What a spectacular stay! The cottage matched the description perfectly and it was a beautiful home! The location was incredible - right by the downtown with tons of restaurants but also peaceful and quiet. Meghan was a very kind host as well - proactive with clear communication and great recommendations!

Nicest property I have ever rented. The rooftop deck was incredible, including the container plunge pool. Super awesome. Best place to watch sunrise in Charlevoix.

One of the best places we have ever stayed. The linens/sheets were fabulous. The decor and art was superb. The small touches of fresh lavender, beautiful flowers on the porch and toiletries in the bathrooms were great. The location is fantastic. Would love to stay there again. It’s a special place. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Andrew was very responsive and helpful! The place was in a great location, right downtown, walkable to restaurants and shops, right next to the lake. Would definitely recommend 🙂

100% awesome place to stay! Super cozy, quiet, right next to Bay Harbor and the highway being right there makes getting to Petoskey easy peasy. This makes Walmart or Meijer runs a breeze should you nee provisions and downtown is around the corner for local eats. I was there for a couple days of snowboarding and will totally investigate availability when I come up next year or if the wife and I drop in over summer!

Loved it. Peaceful; on marina - watching boats come and go with lots of things to do within a short walk.
