This 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home below the upper Balsam dam close to County A bridge, with stairs to dock on Wolf River so you have boat access to Shawano Lake, takes about 20 min to lake with 35 HP pontoon you can rent from American Marine. I'll send youtube link upon request. House is 3 miles south of Menominee casino and 3 miles north of downtown. Snowmo trails nearby, great place to stay for Packer games bring your family or plan a get away with your friends. WiFi and YouTube TV available.

My place is quiet, serene and private, and secluded. Hear the rooster crow or collect your own eggs for your breakfast. Head down to the private pond to try your luck at fishing (no license required) or paddle boarding. If you need to warm up, use the sauna or the outdoor hot tub year round. It is an easy drive to the interstate. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). ski Granite Peak. Hike the Ice Age Trail. Salvaged & repurposed building supplies used to create a unique studio apartment above the bakery retail. Guests can enjoy the retail farmhouse table and comfortable seating space by the Main Street picture window. Cooking/baking classes available.

You have the entire floor to yourself, as we live upstairs. House is located in a quiet country subdivision. Deer, birds and other wildlife are daily visitors. This living space is in the lower level of our ranch home, which is located in a lovely and safe neighborhood. The furnishings in this area are mostly antique pieces that came from special family members. You may also use the screen porch and patio for relaxing in the spring/summer. You will have a private entrance through the garage so you can come and go as you like. The kitchen is furnished so you may cook. There are also many restaurants close by. Ask us if you need anything!

The Peterson Mill Schoolhouse is a rural and historic one classroom school converted into a guest house. Located next to a trout stream and operating dairy farm, you can sit on the open-air porch, relax by the creek, or take a walk on the country roads. The kitchen includes a fridge, stove, microwave and a dishwasher! There are three kayaks, a paddleboard, a pedal boat and a pier for your use. It is close to supper clubs, pubs with great food and 45 minutes from Lambeau Field. Enjoy star gazing while sitting around the fire roasting marshmallows.
