This newly remodeled house features a spacious, full kitchen, dining area with a 10 person farmhouse table, living room with 3 full couches , one of which doubles as a queen size bed. There is a smart TV. Bedroom 1 and 2 have a queen bed, bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds. Spacious patio with dining furniture. There is a circle drive to accommodate boat/trailer parking.

There are no steps. Down the hill is a pond with fishing and a grass trail all around. We are 8 miles from both Little River Lake and Nine Eagles State Park.
