Wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle? Enjoy a stay at our 3rd Generation Family Ranch that is located 3 1/2 miles East of Highway 99. We have something for everyone! You can wake up and see cattle and horses on our working ranch. You can walk down our driveway and see the scenery of the Kansas Flinthills. You are a half mile from the Fall River Wildlife Area with its Public Hunting. We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

Highland Cabin

Relax with the whole family even your pets at this peaceful cabin. Close to Elk City Lake, public hunting property. This cabin has 1 bedroom with a queen bed. There is a bunkbed with a full bed on bottom and a twin bed on top that is out in a common area. Living room area, dining area. Separate room for the commode and bathroom sink, the shower and washer and dryer are in a different room. If you are here hunting there is a bow range behind the cabin that you are welcome to use. Red Cabin at Lookout Point on Fall River Lake

This comfy cabin overlooking Fall River Lake is perfect for a peaceful weekend getaway or an even longer retreat. You can start your morning by watching the sun rise over the lake and listening to the birds! We offer a 15% discount if you book for a week (1 day free) or a 25% discount if you book for a month (1 week free per month). We have Dish Network set up for cable TV and Starlink internet available. Please keep in mind that there are 5 miles of dirt road you will drive on to arrive.

Once the site of water powered Grist mill in 1875.The falls are easily viewed from the 1893 Iron Truss bridge or hike down to the water. It's a great place for picnics,swimming,fishing and bird watching. Or just relaxing to sounds of water.

The guests would have the home to themselves with two bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and back porch. There is one roku television and also internet service.

Above ground pool is open during summer. The 3 bedrooms will sleep 6 comfortably. A master with a queen size bed, 3/4 bath and private exit to the deck and swimming area. The 2nd bedroom has a full size bed that will sleep 2.. The 3rd bedroom has a two twin beds.
