Situated in the heart of downtown, our spacious and beautifully decorated home is the perfect retreat for bourbon enthusiasts, history buffs, and nature lovers alike. Cozy 3 bed 2 bath home nestled right along the banks of Rough River with little boat traffic. A community boat ramp is conveniently located behind house and the main lake is only a 15 min boat ride away. Only a short drive to the beaches of Rough River State Park. Plenty of sleeping area with King and Queen bedrooms and a Bunk room with 5 twin beds. The oversized garage will store a boat or kayaks while you visit. Enjoy a game of ping pong, pool or cozy up by the firepit!! Perfect for fishing!!

Bring the whole family to this private country getaway. With 2500 sq ft of living space and 7 total acres you’ll have plenty of space to explore! Of those 7 acres, 3 of them are a private lake great for fishing, swimming or a paddle boat. This “guesthouse” is the finished basement of the house we live in. These are 2 completely separate spaces with their own entrances. We live in the upstairs and offer our 2500 sq ft finished basement with its own living room, kitchen, game room & 2 bedrooms.
