Cozy A-Frame Retreat /Hot Tub/w-Views, Monument CO

Experience a true Colorado getaway with this custom built Scandinavian inspired A-frame, nestled on the Palmer Divide, located only 15 min to Colorado Springs & 30 min to S Denver. You will feel secluded within the pines with views to die for. You might see wildlife while enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine in the hot tub or cozied up in a blanket on the deck. First bottle of wine is on us! Hiking trails are only minutes drive from the cabin. Make sure to relax & make lots of memories. 😊

Sunrise Studio

Enjoy amazing sunrise and moonrise views. At the Sunrise Studio you will soundly sleep on a cozy queen bed. Also offer a single couch & air mattress for extra sleep. Full bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Kitchen includes cooktop grill/griddle, sink, air fryer, toaster/convection oven microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. Full Laundry with washer & dryer. Studio is heated by electric heat or a wood stove and cooled with AC. There is also a small outdoor space with a fire pit. Enjoy!

Guests have access to the entire main floor including 2 bedrms, 2 bathrms, Lg Kitchen, Family Rm, Gas Fireplace, Dining Rm, Laundry, and a large deck with hottub. Guests can walk just 2-blocks to the entrance of "The Rock Park" and climb the "castle rock". Downtown Castle Rock is just a 2-3 minute drive. The house is just 3 minutes to I-25 and about 15 minutes to the DTC (Denver Tech Center), about 25-minutes to the Air Force Academy, and about 35-minutes to Colorado Springs and Denver.

Book now to enjoy this comfortable, safe setting with mountain views, pine trees and wildlife, but a short drive to restaurants and shopping in Parker. You'll have a private entrance, king bedroom and fully equipped kitchen with laundry. In the summer, relax on the patio with a spacious backyard and enjoy the waterfall and wildlife. We are conveniently located near Colorado Golf Club & Colorado Horse Park. Our place is no smoking/vaping/420 and no pets allowed. We look forward to hosting you!
