Both beds are in the same large room much like a hotel room. It has a cork floor and a king size bed and full size futon couch/bed with a gel foam mattress cover. Simple but elegant decor. Come relax on your private balcony, on the deck over-looking the river, or on the dock.

Rustic Spring House on sheep ranch. 68 acres to roam with stream, ponds, sheep, horses, donkeys, and chickens. Enjoy the life of a shepherd, within three mile of a quaint college town and home of Jimmy Stewart and 30 min. from Smicksburg, an Amish community. It's very reminiscent of a true Scottish BnB with North Country Cheviot Sheep. When available, breakfast is served in the main farm house. It’s either a seasonal farm to table meal or a continental breakfast with scones.
