Get away from life's noise & put your feet up at this modern rustic log cabin nestled on the crystal clear Otter Tail River surrounded by 3 secluded acres of tranquil nature & wildlife & birds! Float, fish or canoe on the water or kick back in the outdoor living spaces, listen to the dribbling pond waterfalls, or experience nearby lake culture of shopping, restaurants & small town friendliness. With all that's onsite you might not want to leave with our amenities & activities for all ages!

The Maynard Cabin, a Civil War era log cabin

The Maynard Log Cabin was erected by a homesteader after the civil war. We have moved and restored it and made it available for rent. It is off the grid, but it has a complete functioning kitchen, wood stove and sitting room downstairs. There are two antique beds with new mattresses upstairs. There is no electricity but the cabin is furnished with kerosene lanterns. The bathroom facilities consist of wash basins and outhouse. The cabin is surrounded by 40 acres of woods and meadows.

If guests decide to go out, the Perham area offers a variety of attractions including shopping, hiking, golfing, and dining. Come unwind, life is good on the lake! (Available year round.)

Enjoy over 100 feet of level lake shore on Buchanan Lake. The 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located on over an acre and situated on a dead end road. The lakeside covered deck offers comfortable patio furniture and amazing views of the lake! It is the perfect space to enjoy yourselves at the lake. The city of Ottertail is a highly desired Minnesota vacation spot. The home is a short 2 minute drive away. Ottertail has fun shops, delicious restaurants, and a couple of golf courses.

Located in an upstairs unit in historic downtown Fergus Falls, this location is walking distance from multiple retail stores, eating & drinking establishments and the brand new community pavilion located in Spies Riverfront Park where not only multiple community events are held but also our local Farmer's Market is hosted during the warm seasons.
