Das Haus wurde 2025 fertig gestellt & besticht durch seine offene Architektur & hochwertige Ausstattung. Der Wohn- & Essbereich bietet dank großer Fensterfronten direkten Seeblick. Hier treffen gemütliche Entspannung & stilvolles Design harmonisch aufeinander. Jedes der 3 Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Eine Sauna & eine weitläufige Terrasse laden zum entspannen ein.

Das Ferienhaus hat 160 qm Wohnfläche und 5 Schlafzimmer für 10 plus 2 Personen. Es liegt mitten im Leipziger Neuseenland am Hainer See 20 km südlich von Leipzig. Kernstück des Hauses ist ein 70 qm großes Ess-/Wohnzimmer mit riesigen Fenstern, langer Esstafel und Kaminofen. Es gibt zwei große Terrassen, von der oberen hat man einen Blick weit über den See. Das Haus wurde bewusst für gesellige Tage im größeren Kreis konzipiert. Für die Kinder gibt es viele Bücher, Spielzeug und einen Spielboden.

Diese stilvolle Unterkunft eignet sich perfekt für eine Auszeit. Das Haus wurde während der letzten zwei Jahre liebevoll saniert, so dass es seinen ursprünglichen Charme behalten hat. In 90 min seid ihr von Berlin aus in Doberlug-Kirchhain, einer traditionellen Weißgerberstadt durch die die kleine Elster fließt. Die Villa mit ca. 160 qm liegt am Stadtrand von Doberlug-Kirchhain auf einem 2500 qm großen Grundstück mit eingezäuntem Teich. Ihr habt das ganze Haus und den Garten für Euch alleine.
