It has an amazing view, great location, awesome local and expat community, great spots to hang outside of the house, a big patio/gazebo by the pool, multiple hammocks, soothing wave sound and sea breeze, gorgeous tropical light, and the best surfing in the country. It has direct access to the private beach.
