The unit is upstairs above the garage, and it is very private. We have some wonderful birdwatching opportunities. On our farm we see herons, egrets, quail, redtail hawks, owls, quail, and many small birds.

There is a small bedroom off of the living room, with a twin bed. I keep my place vacation rental ready, and invite you to use my home as your own. This is a tranquil retreat in a magnificent setting, surrounded by a creek, and by meadows and woodlands. You will love the way natural light floods the house, and the feeling of being out in nature even when you are inside. The house is open and spacious with outside decks for entertaining, and for enjoying the fresh air and the peaceful quiet. Set for 4 guests but can easily accommodate 6-8. There is an extra $100 nightly per-person charge for parties over 4.

As you step through the entrance and under the arch, you are transformed into another time and place. We have been told by guests they feel it reminds them of Italy, France, and Spain. The Hacienda is very private, behind the walls of the early California style home. The gardens are lush and filled with birds of all kinds. There are several vignettes to relax and watch nature. Nights are cool so there is no need for A/C if you leave window open at night.
