El Poblenou, Sant Martí: case vacanze con accesso alla spiaggia

We had a great stay! The host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and proactive in communication—always making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. There's a bus stop right outside the building, which made getting around very easy, and several other public transport stops were also nearby We also appreciated the nearby grocery stores and variety of restaurants just a short walk away. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, and overall, we had a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Dicier was a great host and the property was the perfect size for four friends. An extra toilet in the second bathroom would have been helpful but overall we were really pleased with the apartment- thank you!

This apartment was the best Airbnb rental we have ever had. Extremely well equipped and comfortable. Convenient walk to a metro stop, and one bus route stops right in front of the apartment. Easy to reach many major sites in the city. There are two convenience stores across the street and one Supermarket in the basement of the indoor mall around the corner. Rosa was the best host we have ever met. She had scheduled a cab for our departure, and called the cab driver to follow-up, to be sure he picked us up on time. Rosa gave us the warmest welcome, she let us store our bags, then met us again to show us everything in the apartment. She had put a card and goodies in the fridge for us. She had brochures, guides and maps in several languages, and she personally gave us great advice on what to see, where to eat, and things to do. She generously shared her love and knowledge of Barcelona. The beach is very close, easy walk, you can see it from the balcony.We loved our stay with Rosa.

We loved our stay here. Hosts were super quick with responses. Apartment is spacious and comfortable. The location is in a quiet neighborhood. A few blocks to the beach. Walkable to some great restaurants and markets. Although we took taxis everywhere, there are metro stations close by. We were there for the now “famous” power outage. Fortunate that this building and apartment works on keys and not electronic devices. We able to be in the apartment and wait it out. There is everything you need to be comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. Prior to arrival our hosts were responsive and responded to every question I had regarding the apartment and surrounding area. This is not in a party/busy zone of Barcelona. Which we all appreciated as it was quiet and peaceful each night as we regenerated for our next busy day enjoying amazing Barcelona. When I return I will definitely be staying here again. I highly recommend! Thank you!

Op de dag van aankomst werden we welkom geheten door Raul. Deze heeft ons het hele appartement laten zien en hoe uitleg gegeven over de apparaten zoals vaatwasser en wasmachine en airco. Hij gafd gelijk ook een aantal tips over bezienswaardigheden. Daarnaast heeft hij voor ons op de vertrekdag een taxi geregeld zodat we op tij weer op het vliegveld waren. Het is een prima appartement voor zes personen waar ook nog ruimte is voor een klein kind wat in een babybedje kan op de slaapkamer van de ouders. Er is in het appartement een babybedje en kinderstoel aanwezig waar we veel gebruik van hebben gemaakt. De slaapkamers waren prima van formaat en hadden voldoende kastruimte, Badkamer is prima met een douche met glazen wand. Wij hebben er een prima verblijf gehad, als we nog eens terug gaan naar Barcelona hopen dat we er weer terecht kunnen.

Excelente reactividad del hijo de Ramón, Guillem. Gracias por habernos permitido adaptar los horarios. El piso es excelente, muy grande y todo lo necesario está disponible. A solo unos minutos de la playa y de todos los transportes !!! Pequeño comentario respecto al aislamiento sobre el ruido de la calle, por la noche se escucha el ruido de los bares de abajo y los autos, pero si son personas con el sueño pesado como nosotros no se darán cuenta durante la noche ! ;)

Schönes Apartment mit guter grösse und toller Lage. Toll ausgestattete Küche znd sehr schön, such auf dem Balkon zu erholen. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und das Schlafzimmer auch auf den Hinterhof gerichtet. Wir hatten leider ein paar laute Nächte wegen abderen Touristen, welche auch die unteren Apartments mieteten. Ansonsten alles super :)

Très bonne expérience dans le Airbnb ! Nous nous étions au début perdus et Carloos a eu la gentillesse de nous retrouver et nous guider au logement. Endroit impeccable, très bon accueil et très bel appartement correspondant aux photos. Carloos envoyait régulièrement des messages pour s’assurer qu’il ne nous manquait rien. À notre départ il nous a même proposé d’imprimer nos billets d’avion pour nous faciliter la tâche. Je recommande à 100% !

The pictures of this place are lovely but it’s even more beautiful in real life. We loved this house! It was so clean. Great location, on the beach with train station less than a minute walk which goes straight into Barcelona. Perfect for my sister’s hen do. Paula was fantastic, so helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

A place you don’t want to leave, quiet and save, restaurant along the beach is value for money and with good food.

David was an excellent host and very helpful. He went above and beyond helping us with recommendations and suggestions. The house was very clean and the garden has several seating areas and a nice swimming pool. Garden good for both us and our small dog. It is very peaceful and 5-10 minute walk to a walk/cycle track along the beach which we did many times. The town has everything you need, is not overly touristy and we shopped there most days. The local port has several restaurants. We were there for 4 weeks and had a really excellent time. We would thoroughly recommend David's house.

Merci Mo pour votre accueil. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Barcelone. Le logement est propre, calme, la terrasse apaisante. Le bus et le métro a proximité. Quelques restaurants aux alentours, dont le Clorofila parfait après une après-midi à la plage : 5 min à pied. Je recommande vivement avec les cadeaux d'arrivée : boissons au frais, pain, jambon et fromage et le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner. Je recommande vivement cet endroit.

Amazing place. So roomy, we was on a group holiday and everyone had their own space. Host was contactable and checked on us during the stay. Place was clean and tidy. Beautiful setting and great facilities. Close to shops, beach’s and restaurants. Short drive to city centre or train right by Highly recommend

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Het was allemaal zo mooi en heerlijk rustig. De voorzieningen waren geweldig en alles was nog mooier dan op de foto's. Sandra reageerde snel en was heel behulpzaam.

Wir waren 8 Erwachsene als Freundesgruppe hier um Barcelona zu erkunden. Die Lage ist ideal, wenn man nicht in der Großstadt wohnen möchte, sondern den Kleinstadtcharme liebt. Man ist zu Fuß schnell am Bahnhof, am Strand, am Hafen, kleine Supermärkte, Gastronomie und auch einige Lädchen zum shoppen gibt es. Mit dem Zug dauert es eine halbe Stunde bis Barcelona und es fährt aller 8 Minuten ein Zug. Im Haus gibt es alles was man braucht und die Kommunikation mit Silvia ist super. Uns hat die Woche sehr gefallen.

Excellent séjour. L appartement était superbe et bien positionné. Très beau cadre. Tout à été super simple. Joan a été extraordinaire avec nous. Il nous a énormément aidé également sur les activité que nous avions prévues. Toujours disponible et vraiment super sympas. Nous étions 3 amies avec 3 enfants et je ne peux que recommander cet endroit

Four of us arrived early from a cruise and Carmen stored our luggage while we explored Barcelona until check-in. Carmen was very friendly and professional, gave us good information on restaurants locally. Claudio's apartment was very clean, large and comfortable. Very close to everything. We would stay again.

Super friendly host that helped a ton with recommandations for things to do, what to eat, where to take the train etc. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. The place is generally quiet and private. Awesome beaches at a 5 min walk. The bedrooms are facing a street where buses go even at night, so you might be woken up by the busses. Not a big discomfort but something to be aware. We got some free coffee and milk from the hosts, which is a nice gesture. There is city parking at a 5 min walk, but don't park directly on the street or you'll get a nasty fine. Ask the host about where to park if unsure. You can go to Barcelona by a 30 min train ride, for the same price as parking for a day in the city, so I suggest you leave the car there if you got one. With a line change you could reach the apartment from the airport too, so you don't need to rent a car. Super worth it if you wanna visit Barcelona and not spend a fortune.

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in der Unterkunft von Nelly und Aitana. Nelly hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung war sauber und es hatte alles was man braucht. Der Strand war wunderschön und ein paar Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle ca. 4 Min. entfernt, mit diesem konnte man direkt in die Stadt fahren. Bis zum Plaza Catalunya waren es je nach Verkehr zwischen 45 und 60 Minuten. Für uns als Familie mit drei Kindern war dies eine gute Mischung zwischen Stadt und Strand. Vielen Dank Nelly und Aitana🙏🏼☺️

What a wonderful place. The accomodation is very well equipped in a beautiful area. The nearby beach is lovely with some great bars & restaurants in walking distance. The supermarket across the road is brilliant, with everything you might need. Also it is easy to get to the city on the bus. The hosts were very accomodating meeting us from a late flight, providing local information and providing bikes for us to use. It was a great place to stay and we would highly recommend it.

Appartement confortable et fidèle à la description. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Barcelone. Le centre ville est facilement accessible en transport en commun. Quartier avec toutes les commodités de proximité.
