This building is an 8 unit apartment building with 2 units Airbnb and 6 rented to permanent residents. The unit is equipped with evaporative air conditioning plus an additional refrigerated air unit in the master bedroom

ONLY WELL BEHAVED PETS ALLOWED. Plenty of street parking. There is one KING bed & one futon sofa, a great kitchenette, and lovely full bathroom and HEPA filter. Once upon a time this space was a large garage but now has been professionally converted. PET FEE $35 PER PET MUST BE PREPAID.

The space is in a detached guest house, but has a private entry way and private patio. The room has a reading nook, kitchenette, futon, 2 TVs with local channels, and streaming services via fire stick. There is one designated guest parking spot or street parking can be used for multiple vehicles. Neighbor has an outdoor dog so some barking is expected.
