Super close to downtown Colorado Springs, Memorial Park and many other amenities the Springs has to offer. Complete stand alone cottage with parking and separate full fenced yard with a large patio. Built in 2019, the cottage is super well insulated, quiet and cozy. TV on main level and a TV upstairs. Air conditioning and everything you need for a comfortable stay except for a full size oven. We have a cooktop and counter top oven but not a full size oven.

This home is beautiful, clean, and has all that a family needs to make the most of their stay here in Colorado Springs. A home away from home in which to relax and enjoy making future memories. THERE ARE SHARED WALLS, but there are no shared spaces. You will have a private entrance, and private access to the large back patio. The host's live in an attatched "apartment" and are easily accessible for any needs or concerns.
