El Dorado Hills: soggiorni in alloggi con braciere

This is my second stay at the historic mansion. I wrote a glowing review on my previous stay and our current stay did not disappoint. If you are looking for a high end AirBNB this is the place. Accommodations as in our prior visit were excellent, beddings were very comfortable and the home itself is well laid out and roomy. Sue our host was kind enough to provide plenty of firewood so we could avail ourselves to the outdoor fire pit where we were able to roast marshmallows for the young ones. Sue also contacted me and advised the home was ready for check in at an earlier time making our check in much more convenient. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Yuba City.

We absolutely loved our stay. This house has beautiful grounds with lots of giant trees and beautiful landscaping. Very quiet but close to Auburn.

Ashley’s place was exactly as pictured. Beds were comfy, house was spotless and the backyard was very relaxing. I have two small suggestions - as other reviewers had said - a door to the master bedroom or a curtain for privacy would be appreciated. Also, cleaning supplies for the kitchen and bathroom would be recommended. We cooked at the house both nights and we had nothing to wipe down the counters. Other than that, enjoy your stay at Ashley’s place.

Our 2nd stay @ Brittney’s place was a lot of fun once again. Love the spacious home and how close it is to the Big Tree Market incase you need anything you forgot.

This place wasn’t over stated or understated, it had a very welcoming feel. It had very timely decor and very comfortable for us , as a family of four to stay in. (My young son wasn’t afraid to sleep in the spare bedroom by himself) 😃The cabin had board games, books and the hot tub was a big plus for us. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen to date for any airbnb I had to stay in. Set up was just like my kitchen at home so it made this home cook very happy because I didn’t have go, “Shoot, I wish I had brought this!” Short drive to Bear Valley for some snow fun. Overall very happy to have picked this cabin for our little family vacation.

This back unit of the duplex gave my family & I the peace and quiet we needed! Off the bat, Alicia the host was welcoming, friendly and excellent in answering my concerns about the house being a duplex with occupants in the next unit. I was worried about noise level. In truth, we didn’t hear or see anyone from arrival to departure. Large screen tv made movie night fun, as well as game night with provided board games. Check out chores was only to load dishwasher, collect used towels and take out trash. The steep driveway, the neighbors and being close to the road weren’t an issue for us. The pool and jacuzzi put us on chill & relax mode upon arrival.

Hands-down, this place was a easy 10 out of 10. I felt right at home. The location is wonderful, inside and outside of the house is so beautiful, surrounded by nothing but great scenery, plants, quietness. In all honesty the pictures does no justice to this home. This home is even more beautiful in person. Sheila was amazing from the time I booked to the time I checked out. I really appreciated her communication as well as opening her home to my group and I. This is for sure one of the best Airbnb‘s. I have stayed at.

Brian’s place was very neat and the hot tub and pool were fun additions to the family trip. It was unfortunate that there was a fire alert in the area so we couldn’t use the fire pit but overall great experience

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is clean and has nice accomodations and games for families. The host is very responsive and helpful as well.

I am from the area, but had to leave my home on short notice due to an emergency. I booked my stay within a day of my arrival and Andrea was responsive and understanding. Additionally, I have physical disabilities and Andrea and Todd both made sure the location was as accessible as they could make it even on such short notice (e.g., moved some tables and chairs out of the path ahead of time so I'd be able to get to the entrance with my walker more easily). Throughout my stay, Andrea and Todd were both very accommodating and more than willing to offer help with anything I needed. Additionally, communication is prompt and concise, and they are readily available when needed. Also, they have a tangerine tree, so if you are here in tangerine season, you may find yourself receiving many tangerines! They truly go above and beyond for their guests and I highly recommend their home to anyone looking to visit the Sacramento area.

It was a wonderful and peaceful stay, with most attractions within walking distance. We were a bit nervous about relying on street parking when returning late at night, but we were fortunate to find a spot on the first day, and on the following days, there were multiple spots available.

Nelson was an awesome host. Very communicative and helpful. House was great.

The cottage was lovely. Danika was very welcoming. We will definitely be back with a big group and take advantage of all the cute cottages that Danika has. Coloma is a cute little town, some good option for breakfast/lunch and dinner and we had a great time rafting. Loved everything about it!

We enjoyed staying at Kirsten’s B&B it was easy to find. We loved the beautiful grounds surrounding the cottage. The cottage had a nice fenced in yard with chairs to sit and enjoy the early morning. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. On our next trip to the area we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thank you, Catherine

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a mountain biking getaway and absolutely loved it! The home was exactly as described—cozy, clean, and welcoming. One of our favorite parts was the beautiful outdoor lighting at night, which created a magical atmosphere among the trees. The location couldn’t be more convenient, and check-in was quick and seamless. We’re already looking forward to coming back soon!

This was the perfect place for our family. Location was just a few minutes from Calveras Giant Sequoias, which I highly recommend going to see, and the Italian restaurant they recommended was very good. Lots of deck seating, lots of games in the game cabinet, and just a really great place to stay. We loved it!!!!!!!

This place is now a core memory for me. My friends and I were able to relax and connect at Jennifer’s place. Lots to do, plenty of space for everyone. 10/10 would visit again.

We didn’t have an AWD vehicle so we couldn’t make it up the hill, so we did park at the bottom- which was a little difficult. Had to make a couple trips and it is a decent walk especially in the rain and mud. Just make sure you are prepared for a walk or bring a vehicle that can handle big ruts and really muddy roads! (Not the hosts fault by any means and they clearly state that you need an AWD car in details!) The outdoor bathtub was frickin amazing! I felt like I was at a spa retreat. We loved this cozy cabin. Bed was comfy, things were clean, and everything was straightforward and easy to use. Kitchen had a rather miscellaneous selection of utensils and such so I’d suggest keeping it simple for meals. We went on a short walk around the property and came back with quite a few ticks. So that was not fun, but also not anyone’s fault. All in all- would absolutely 10/10 recommend staying here! I wish I could live there!

Excellent place. Quiet and private location right on a river. Perfect for a family or small group. The kids loved the games and playing by the river. The adults loved being close to lots of wineries and unwinding in the hot tub. The place was clean and well appointed.

We all loved the house, the surroundings, and peaceful/quiet setting. It was comfortable, clean, well stocked, etc. Everything regarding our stay was A+! The pool table was a big hit too. Don & Cynthia are extremely helpful & went above & beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Our group had a wonderful time and we would love to come back. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home.

This cabin was amazing. My family and I had so much fun there. Unfortunately, there was no snow as we expected, but a 30-minute drive to Bear Valley was not bad to have fun. It ended up being a good thing since we didn't always have to deal with snow. I will come back!

This was our second time staying at the cabin. It was the perfect place to stay for 5 days while visiting family in the area. The cabin was very cozy and accommodating.

We are not local, so, we were a bit apprehensive about the bear things. At the end, we had two exciting sightings of wild bears! A very memorable moments for the whole family. Derek's place so warm and cozy as soon as we entered. This is greatly appreciated for us who came from a tropical country. There are so many things to do and see around. We really do hope we can come back again. Derek is a great host and communicated well.
