This space is water front with access to a private deck and dock for fishing, or parking a boat on. Two boat ramps are located close by.

Williams Lakehouse @Calion Lake is located 15 minutes from El Dorado. This beautiful 1,200 sq ft open floor plan lake house sits on 2.5 acres of gated water-front property. Inside the property, you will find a 75 inch tv, two queen sofa beds, one murphy bed (enclosed within the barn doors), a wood burning fireplace, and an upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The property includes a 60 ft long floating dock, fire pit, and a grill.

Only two miles from the downtown Murphy Arts District and a mile or less to 10 places to eat as well as Walmart, Brookshires, Walgreens, Hobby Lobby, TJ Max and more.
