This is our second time staying at Xochitl’s fabulous condominium; it’s clean, convenient, spacious, and the view is gorgeous! The nearby restaurants are excellent! We went to Cardon twice during our stay; it was fun driving there and back in her golf cart. Thank you for the excellent stay!!😊

Laiva was a great place to unwind—quiet, beautifully appointed, comfortable beds, and easily accessible. It’s close to great restaurants, a fantastic corner coffee shop, and a short walk to the Malecón It had everything we needed for a cozy and relaxed stay. Elena, who greeted us, was especially lovely and helpful. After a long day of flying and driving, she was the perfect person to welcome us and get us settled. We’d definitely stay here again!

Tom was great, very responsive, met us at our location to orient us to the property. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at any of his listings.

Wow! Pristine second floor condo that was a driveway from the Malecon! This is our third time in La Paz and we will be back to visit again and we will be staying here. This location is just far enough from the street where you don’t hear the noise, but close enough that you can walk to everything easily. The view of La Paz from our unit was breathtaking. Sitting on the patio for sunrise coffee and sunset cocktails seemed magical. The condo is new and immaculate with cups, plates, bowls etc but not much more (no spices or other stuff often left in AirBNBs). They did provide beach chairs, 2 beach towels (maybe a few more would have been nice) and a cooler along with a 10x10 beach umbrella for our visit to Balandra. Washer and dryer in unit worked great and we are glad we brought our own detergent (couldn’t find any provided). Tom was great at check-in and showed us around and told us how to find the gym, access the parking and storage etc

We had a very comfortable stay in La Paz. Tom’s place worked great for our needs. Nice functional kitchen, comfy beds and good wi-fi. There’s an Oxxo around the corner for your short term needs.

La ubicación a escasas cuadras del malecón lo hace muy conveniente y cuenta con estacionamiento cerrado. Muchas opciones para comer cerca.

Lovely month spent in upstairs unit. We made several meals in the kitchen, slept great on the comfortable bed, did morning stretches/yoga on the outside open deck area, cooked on the community gas grill downstairs, and walked all over the neighborhood and town. Gated parking was a nice feature as well. Smart TV in living room for evening television time. We travel a lot and this is one of the overall better places we've stayed at in a long time. Reliable/fast internet as well. Two small issues were dog noise from a neighbors house (..its Mexico! Dogs are everywhere of course) and the grill area has noise from an air compressor at the dentist office next door (...not a huge deal at all). We loved the month here.

We had a great time staying here. It was very spacious and it had many amenities, blender, toaster, washer dryer, more than most places we stay at. The host was very responsive, we would certainly enjoy staying here again in the future.

Cesar’s place was very big and spacious and was able to accommodate my big family. I liked how the majority of the bedrooms had their own restrooms. And the pool was a nice addition to enjoy the warm days. I would come back again if I ever visit again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Francisco‘s home. We stayed seven nights at the house and found it to be super comfortable and relaxing. Our kids loved swimming in the pool each day, and when we weren’t eating out at one of the numerous restaurants within walking distance, we enjoyed cooking meals at the house. We walked to the Malecón, downtown restaurants, cafes and museums multiple times. Antojo de Que on a nearby corner had delicious breakfast and pastries. There’s also a great natural history museum just up the road. We elected to get the guided tour at the museum based on recommendations for other visitors, and we found it to be well worth it. Francisco left easy to follow instructions for the property, and several recommendations for local amenities. Nim was our favorite restaurant, which was one of his favorites as well. We found La Paz to be a vibrant city, with a small town vibe full of friendly locals. Francisco’s house will be our first choice when we return.

Great location! We biked to the beachfront esplanade. The place is gated and has secured parking, which is convenient. The place is contemporary and stocked with all basic necessities. There was an issue with the soak pool filter that was promptly addressed. I would recommend this place if you are visiting La Paz.

We had a wonderful stay with our daughter and father in law. The house is great for a family, quiet, and the location is probably the best part, next door to a coffee shop and near a ton of nice restaurants and boutiques. We walked at night and felt safe and loved the heated pool. We would absolutely go back! Thanks for everything

Todo súper bien la verdad muy agusto, como recomendación estaría bien agregar calefacción a la alberca pero de ahí en fuera todo súper bien y limpio

todo estuvo muy bien , solo seriabque cuando llegamos aun estaban limpiando pero muy amable la señora pero si fue un poquito incomodo.. pero lo demás se lo recomiendo mucho.

What can I say, 10/10!! We had an amazing stay. The property is right on the marina, with ocean and Mountain View’s, access to the beach club and pool, and great restaurants you can walk to. It was so nice being in a gated community, and having a private parking spot was a huge plus. I would recommend staying here to any and all guests and would love to stay here again when I come back to visit La Paz and its surrounding areas! Thanks so much!!
